Finding the front desk was a hassle, located on the 20th floor!!! A clearer sign or indicator in the elevator would enhance the overall experience. Also, the location requires an extra line to reach the hotel from the station, which is inconvenient!!!

Great area with quick access to Rinko Park and the water's edge. It's a ten-minute walk to World Porters shopping mall, Cup Noodle Museum, and the ferris wheel. The room was spotless and spacious, and the bathrooms were magnificent. The convenience store and grocery store on-site made my stay even smoother, allowing for easy snack access.

The hotel is a high-rise conveniently located near Yokohama station, with a fantastic view of the Yokohama Cosmoworld ferris wheel, especially stunning at night when it lights up. The room I stayed in was cozy and perfect for my needs, featuring an incredible shower and a deep bath that felt luxurious. I loved having a 7-11 right next door. it made grabbing snacks and necessities super easy. The staff were really accommodating when I had issues with my room, which was a big plus. The only downside was the odd bathroom window facing the bedroom. it felt uncomfortable, and the privacy options didn't fully cover it. This needs some rethinking for certain travelers. Accessing the hotel required a neat 15-20 minute walk from the station, which can be challenging with luggage, so I ended up taking a taxi. Other than that, a great stay overall.

Great place for families!
Had a fun stay with my kids! The breakfast restaurant was awesome. they were super nice and attentive. But it was kinda far from the station – about 15 mins walk, which was not ideal with little ones. Room was decent and comfy enough for us. Overall, good family vibe.
